Did you receive a missing documents email or text from Wake Pre-K or Wake ThreeSchool?

Join us to turn in your documents and receive in-person assistance to complete your application.

To be ready to complete your child’s application, please bring the following documents (checklist is also found here):

Child’s Birth Certificate

• If child’s birth certificate is in a language other than English, please also provide child’s passport=

Proof of Address (only one of the following documents is necessary)

• Current utility bill (gas, water, light)
• Current signed lease/leasing contract

Proof of household income for all parents/guardians (only one of the following options is required for each parent/guardian)

• Most recent paystubs (Weekly: 4 most recent; Biweekly: 2 most recent; Monthly: 2 most recent)
• 2025 tax documents (W-2 or IRS 1040)
