Kim McNeil joined Wake County Smart Start in the Program Coordination and Evaluation (PCE) Department in 2022. In her role as Program Specialist, she connects and engages with WCSS funded partners as well as community organizations and stakeholders. She is a Raleigh native. Driven by compassion, she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work. She believes it’s important to educate, support and provide resources to families and the community for children to be successful. She previously worked with Wake County Government and in the Early Care and Education profession.
