Gwen Adair is a Quality Enhancement Specialist. My role as a Quality Enhancement Specialist includes technical assistance, coaching and consultation to assist programs improve teaching practices and improve quality in the programs in the childcare programs in Wake County. I am a native of Wayne County, Goldsboro NC, I have lived in Durham for over forty years. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, I love to see each plant’s potential, and I enjoy spending time with my family.
