As the Systems and Family Support Specialist, Caroline administers the Wake Connections system, a coordinated intake and referral system linking families to home-based and group programs for young children and their families. Caroline has a master’s degree in social work and worked in early childhood home visiting and early intervention before coming to WCSS. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking new recipes.
