This activity provides structured parent groups as outlined in The Nurturing Parenting Program — Nurturing Skills for Families curriculum Groups consist of 12 sessions and are lead by a trained facilitator. Services are targeted for Spanish speaking families in Wake County with children ages 0-5 who need secondary prevention of child abuse and neglect. Parent incentives and transportation may be provided to encourage attendance as funding allows.
