Come in and apply in person for Wake ThreeSchool!

To be ready to apply, please bring the following documents:

Child’s Birth Certificate

• If child’s birth certificate is in a language other than English, please also provide child’s passport

Proof of Address in Wake County (only one of the following documents is necessary)

• Current water/gas/electricity billing statement (provide last billing statement)
• Current leasing contract (must be signed by parent and landlord)
• Current mortgage statement (provide last billing statement)

Proof of household income for all parents/guardians (only one of the following documents is necessary for each source of income)

• If paid weekly/biweekly/semiweekly, please provide one full month of most recent and consecutive paystubs.
• If paid monthly, please provide 2 full months of most recent and consecutive paystubs.
• 2025 W-2 or IRS 1040
