Provides an array of activities to community stakeholders including: a) resource sharing, b) community outreach, c) service integration, d) building capacity for development of shared goals across community partners. Stakeholders are targeted through individual and group outreach efforts and represent families with young children, community leaders, service delivery representatives and policymakers.
