Ramona Maldonado is the Program Assistant for Systems Improvement and Public Engagement (SIPE). She enjoys working with SIPE at Wake County Smart Start because she enjoys supporting a team focused on eliminating the barriers that families may be experiencing that impede their child’s ability to attend our programs.
