Position Summary
The Quality Enhancement Specialist I coordinates quality enhancement activities in Wake County childcare centers. The function of the Quality Enhancement Specialist I is to assist in developing and implementing quality enhancement plans that will help centers obtain the highest possible rated license, as well as to improve/maintain high levels of quality child care. Provide training, technical assistance, coaching and modeling of best practices in assigned centers.
